We have had news this week from Suffolk Trading Standards that we can return to work and provide a service to yourselves to prevent welfare problems in your dogs.
We will be prioritising dogs who have missed an appointment in the order they were initially booked in. Please wait for us to contact yourselves. We will be operating a reduced schedule of opening hours and we have strict guidance as to who we can groom.
We cannot operate our normal service of bath onlys and short haired dogs (except exemptions).
What we ask is if your dog can hold on for another couple of weeks, we urge you to do so in order to limit the risk to yourselves. There is no obligation to accept an appointment and your dog will remain on the priority list until you are happy to bring them in.
We will not accept dogs from households who are isolating, have tested positive, are showing symptoms or awaiting test results.
We will also alter our procedure for dropping and collecting your dogs. This will be explained when your appointment is booked.
If you feel your dog should be higher on the priority list please drop us an email or call to discuss your concerns.
We hope to be back operating a ‘normal’ service in the near future but for now we will help where we can to keep your dogs comfortable.
Thank you, Team Pawticulars
